From guided yoga and bodywork to hot and cold immersion, forest air, and quiet moments of stillness, each element supports a deeper sense of balance. Nourishment follows the same philosophy, simple, seasonal, and grounded in what the land offers.
YOGA & SOUND THERAPY
A guided yoga practice offered at varying intensity levels, held in our forest-immersed gym, ideal for starting the day.
Sound therapy at the end of the session supports calm and grounding.
Each experience, from bodywork to time in water, from stillness to movement, is designed to support restoration in a way that feels personal and unforced.

FOREST BATHING AT THE VILLA
A guided forest bathing experience within the villa grounds, incorporating mindful micro-interventions designed to deepen presence and awareness.
In summer, the route includes the creek and forest trails, while winter follows the native forest paths.
HOT STONE MASSAGE
Time set aside.
A restorative treatment, with or without stones, adapted to your body and pace.
